Terms & Safety
Health & safety: please read before you play
- RUN JANYM RUN is physical exercise. You jump, squat, clap and stretch.
- Talk to a doctor before playing if you have a heart, lung, joint, back or other health condition, high blood pressure, an injury, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or are unsure whether exercise is right for you.
- Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest pain or shortness of breath.
- Clear your space: about 2 × 2 metres per player, away from furniture, glass, stairs and the TV. Use a non-slip floor and suitable shoes.
- Keep a safe distance from your partner during high fives and moves, and watch out for pets and small children.
- Children must play with an adult present.
- Warm up, drink water and take breaks. Calories shown in the game are estimates, not medical information.
1. Who we are
RUN JANYM RUN is made by an independent developer based in Thailand ("we"). Contact: hi@runjanymrun.com.
2. The free Beta
The game is in Beta: it is free during this period, it is still being tested, and it may have bugs. We provide it "as is", and we may change, pause or end features, worlds or the Beta at any time.
3. Your account
The account must be created by an adult (18 or older) for their household. Keep your Member code to yourself; you are responsible for how your household uses the game. Give a real email address.
4. Beta rewards and invites
- Free time and invite rewards (for example extra free months, the Founding Family and Pioneer badges) are given as described in the game and on the website at the time.
- A friend counts once their household has signed up and played. Fake accounts, sign-ups made by you for yourself, or other tricks don't count, and rewards gained that way can be removed.
- Rewards have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may change the reward rules for the future; rewards you have already earned stay yours.
5. Fair use
Don't attack, overload or try to break into the service, copy or resell the game, or use it to harass anyone. Use only names that are kind to others.
6. Your own risk
You play at your own risk and are responsible for following the health & safety notice above and for your surroundings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any injury, illness or damage to people, pets or property that happens while playing, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that by law cannot be limited.
7. Our content
The game, its characters, worlds, music, art and the RUN JANYM RUN name belong to us. You may share screenshots, videos and share cards of your own play.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short: your camera video never leaves your phone, and no photo is ever saved on our server.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll tell account holders by email about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Payments and refund terms will be added before any paid plan starts.
